Christopher Joseph David grew up in Montgomery County and currently resides in Washington, DC. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hobart College and Juris Doctorate from Catholic University of America.
With more than ten years of legal experience in real estate, Chris is passionate about settlements because each closing is a unique opportunity to assist and guide clients to a successful conclusion. Chris firmly believes that each client deserves the highest level of customer service, and he is deeply committed to educating his clients throughout the settlement process. Chris loves developing practical solutions to complex title issues in both residential and commercial transactions. Throughout his career, Chris has handled thousands of real estate settlements and become a trusted expert in the field - proudly serving on the DC Land Title Association’s Board of Directors as well as the GCAAR YPN and Community Service subcommittees.
Christopher is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bars as well as a licensed title producer in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
