Matt Suissa - Operations Manager

Matt brings more than 20 years of business management and operations experience to Paragon Title. Prior to joining the company, he built and sold a loan processing company and helped develop a mortgage division for a mid-Atlantic financial institution. At Paragon, Matt oversees key areas of the business, including operations, business development, human resources, technology, cybersecurity, and IT. He applies his broad business acumen to strengthening the company’s systems, processes, and policies, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality control, talent recruitment, customer service, and compliance.

Matt is a lifelong Washingtonian. He grew up in Potomac, Maryland, attended Winston Churchill High School and THE Ohio State University, and earned a B.A. in Communications.
